The heart center has a frequency range, and these frequencies expand our capacity for compassion and cooperation. This creates change on many levels within us and in the world we are co-creating. In the following guided journey we’ll begin with some breathing and movement exercises to increase sensitivity to subtle sensations. Then you can head into your energy system to activate and balance your evolving heart center.

In order to begin our journey, we’ll do some proprioceptive exercise, a type of slow motion movement that expands sensitivity to subtle sensations. Then we’ll travel into the field of energy surrounding your physical body, the bioplasmic outerbody. You’ll have the opportunity to experience contact with an expanded frequency range of yourself, otherwise known as your soul, to initiate deeper connection and alignment.

The vibration of the heart is the home base of our human vibration. It is where we come from and where we crave to go when feeling lost or alone. And during holidays or time of special celebrations, we are usually hoping to share heart centered feelings with those we love. However, you may have mixed feelings moving towards the holidays. To begin this episode, I talk with Saul Goodman, the developer of this work, to get some of his insight on all of this. He discusses that you have a unique opportunity during the holidays to use your body to help create an experience of fulfillment and peace not only for yourself, but for everyone around you. One of the keys lies in your chakras, particularly the heart chakra and its relationship with the lower 3 centers. The blood and soul frequencies are also core to empowering your family matrix. During our guided journey, we begin with some freeform proprioceptive movement and then focus in the chakras. Learning how to enter into and work with your energy system is a process, an unfoldment. With practice you become more adept at expanding your frequencies, connecting with various components of your developing light body, and consciously orchestrating the symphony of your self. There is no right or wrong way to do this, only a few guiding principles to bring you into a more expanded state so that you can interface with the vibrations of your body.
