Quantum physics has shown that our perception of time as a linear construct is simply not accurate. Even so, most of us base our whole life around a chronological context of time. We can barely imagine not utilizing it as a backdrop for all of our activities, thoughts and dreams. Space is also part of this distorted interpretation of reality that leads us to limit the breadth of our experience. Why do we continue to operate under these false constructs? Although our beliefs themselves could be considered a main factor here, the actual state of our body energy system keeps us locked into limited patterns of thought and creation. Let’s explore our chakras and find out how their amplitude and rotation can be used as keys to expand the dimensions of space-time.
In this podcast we explore a system of unique meditative exercises that have been developed by Saul Goodman over the last 35 years. Each episode includes discussion about the science of your changing self, as well as a guided journey to expand and adjust your developing light body. As always, I encourage you to enter into this material with an open yet discerning mind. These words are merely here to guide you into a direct experience with yourself, and your inner realm should be the primary source of your information and guidance.
The many components of our energy system provide the force to create our physical body. We can choose to bring our awareness into any of these components, or frequencies, in order to find out more about how it functions. In this episode let’s journey further into the chakras, vortexes of energy that are generally centered in the etheric body. Usually chakras are described as being associated with a certain area of our physical body and being a certain color range, sound, etc. But chakras are very dynamic. Each one can come into various ranges of color, sound, spin and even location. And this has quite an impact on our experience.
Rather than just believe what I’m saying, I encourage you to use the following process as a framework to ascend into a direct experience of your chakras themselves. Let’s expand our sensitivity and then use our activated proprioceptive awareness to work with our chakras. This provides you with the capability to directly interact with this aspect of your expanding self. We will focus particularly on the rotation of the chakras and find out how that changes our relationship with time and space and the implications that can have on our lives.
Please keep in mind that this podcast is meant to be sequential. If you’re listening for the first time without going through the earlier episodes, it may be challenging for you to follow along. For example, if you’re trying to work with the rotation of your chakras, but haven’t ever even really felt them or worked with them at all, you may not be able to connect to the process in a meaningful way; it could be the ideas are interesting to you but you don’t notice much occurring in your body. Not only does the material build an intellectual understanding, more importantly, it prepares your system for expanded frequencies in a safe and integrated way. Just like an athlete has to go through a process of building up strength and ability to do complex physical feats, it’s important that you practice and develop certain skills as you activate your light body. That way you will feel strong and grounded in your physical world. And these skills, again much like an athlete or a musician, are meant to be used regularly if you want to have a truly fulfilling experience with this material. Otherwise you may find it interesting, but not really feel or experience much of anything distinctly different.
Lifestyle choices can also be used to support your capacity to feel and work with this material. Being out in nature, eating whole foods, spending quality time with yourself and your family and friends, cultivating inspiring thoughts and beliefs, lots of physical activity, making sure you have space to dream and listen and just be…. all of these things will contribute to a fulfilling, fun and stimulating activation process.
The miraculous body that you hang out in every day and night is a literal treasure trove. You can travel inward to access more of the light and love that’s waiting there, available for your curiosity to release into manifested expression. Make sure you have a quiet space to sit where you won’t be disturbed. Put on some comfortable clothes, turn off your phone, and settle in to enjoy your dear self. Here we go….

Conclusion
Each time you do a process like this, you’re activating your developing light body. Not only can you explore your own self, everything that you experience contributes to a library that benefits everyone. We’re bringing activity to a whole network of consciousness, a whole network of awareness that has information, energy and even entertainment.
As you move into other activities, see if you can bring your attention off and on back to sensations in your body, especially during moments of relative quiet. Notice different energy components in your system as you go about ‘regular’ activities. Bring awareness to the chakras and play with their various attributes. Notice what affect this has on your experience. Keep in mind that it’s a good idea to keep your system more compressed, less expanded, if you’re around stressful situations, large crowds or areas where there’s lots of motion or friction, like a shopping mall or airport.
