Distance Treatments for Health & Development
What is a distance treatment?
A distance treatment is a private healing session to strengthen and balance your body. It does not involve any in-person or phone contact. The treatment is not focused on specifically ‘healing’ problems or symptoms. Instead we facilitate the flow of your life force, strengthening your own self-healing, self-balancing and self-creative capacities.
Through creating a ‘frequency corridor,’ we connect with you regardless of where you are located physically. We then focus to facilitate the release of restrictions in your body, stimulate the flow of energy, and work to increase balance, strength and alignment at many different levels, including the structure, organs, glands, chakras, kundalini and soul vibration.
Our goal is to listen, witness and support the life force in your body to flow with balance and strength. This is about empowerment and respectful assistance, not manipulation or interfering with your will.

Please note that we are not able to work with everyone who requests this type of treatment. Sometimes it’s necessary that someone practice some meditative skills or create some more clearance in their body and energy system before we are able to connect in a meaningful way. If you want to have a session, but we feel there is some adjustment needed to do so, we will offer suggestions to help you prepare.
Payment Options
We welcome you to pay-what-you can in the range of $50-$150 per session.

Directions for Your Session
Don’t eat an hour or two before your session so that your stomach is relatively empty.
About 15-30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, stretch, meditate or do some light body activation/proprioceptive exercise.
The session will be about 30 minutes. Relax and bring attention to your body during this time.
Afterward you will receive an email with a brief outline of what was noticed and impressions that occurred, along with possible suggestions.
If you like, you can then email back a brief description of your experience. After that, we won’t be going back and forth with questions and answers.
Your experience and impressions will inform you over the hours, days and weeks after the session. You can support this process by feeling into your body and letting information come to you naturally, rather than trying to figure it all out with your mind. If you feel the treatment is helpful, you can schedule subsequent sessions.
Please Note: The experience of the session is the 'treatment' much more than any intellectual discussion about it. That’s why we will only have one email interaction after the session. Extended discussion about what happened or what was noticed can often dilute the potency of what actually occurred. If you focus on your experience, what to do will become clear over time.
