Learning how to enter into and work with your energy system is a process, an unfoldment. I recommend approaching it as a fulfilling kind of entertainment. Even working with these light body activation processes once in awhile expands your sensitivity to enjoy the simplest things in life, because your body becomes more clear, pliable and strong. In order to go deeper into this type of work it usually requires a more regular engagement. With practice you become more adept at expanding your frequencies, connecting with various components of your developing light body, and consciously orchestrating the symphony of your self.

Today we continue our journey into our selves, our bodies, in order to come into closer contact with the field of life force that permeates our world. If you are listening to this, you have a body, so why not journey into this library of information, energy and entertainment that’s with you every moment of every day. Besides being fun and healthy, it enriches the life of everyone and everything around you.


In this podcast we explore a system of unique meditative exercises that have been developed by Saul Goodman over the last 35 years. Each episode includes discussion about the science of your changing self, as well as a guided journey to expand and adjust your developing light body. As always, I encourage you to enter into this material with an open yet discerning mind. These words are merely here to guide you into a direct experience with yourself, and your inner realm should be the primary source of your information and guidance.


As you enter into each light body activation process, be gentle with yourself. Each element that is mentioned is often just a starting point, a beginning. These are skills you will develop over many years. Like a musician learning scales, each aspect of your body can be played thousands of times, and your capacity to create moments of beauty within each tone will continue to expand. You probably haven’t been trained to see or feel your energy system, so it makes sense it would take some practice to feel and work with your body in this way. No one goes to a yoga class for the first time and expects they will be able to do and understand all the poses and breath practices and life effects.

I bring this up because I’ve noticed that many people expect that they should be able to feel and work with their energy system right away once they know about it or believe it is there. I think this is because most of us haven’t had a framework to gauge what’s actually happening and how we are progressing. In this body of material, you will always be using sensations in your body as your guide, with your mental understanding playing a supportive role.

Perhaps it’s easy for you to feel your outerbody layers, while being able to feel the movement of a cranial bone seems pretty impossible. It could be that you can immediately notice a chakra’s movement but can’t create any shift in its condition. Sometimes the proprioceptive exercise may feel very appealing while other times it may feel irritating. Listen to yourself and don’t push too hard. Notice what’s coming easily. Pay attention to where your attention is drawn naturally and try to balance that with a relaxed focus on the process itself.

If you’re interested in going deeper with this work, I suggest redoing previous episodes of this podcast whenever you like. Maybe even work through the whole series a few times. For example, it’s not expected that you would listen to the one that introduces the kundalini and then now you have that down. You can also listen to bits of any episode, any time. Or sit down and follow your own cues to make up your own process. As your system activates, clears and opens, you will have more access to your own guidance system and it will lead you effortlessly into new experiences that are perfect for you.

Notice when thoughts about the light body work come to you and try to pay attention to that. If you’re hanging out some evening and it pops into your mind to go sit for a few minutes and connect with your soul star, try it out! Or maybe you have some friction with someone and it comes to you to do a bit of proprioceptive movement and activate your heart chakra. Notice what happens afterwards. There is no right or wrong way to do this, only a few guiding principles to bring you into a more expanded state so that you can interface with the vibrations of your body. And those main guiding principles are 1. slow motion movement and 2. encouraging a quality of elasticity. These 2 things activate proprioception by activating our muscle spindle fibers and golgi tendon organs; these are components of the proprioceptive system, a part of your nervous system that detects motion.

Using these guiding principles, there are key components that we usually address. Often we begin with some proprioceptive exercise and breathing to sensitize ourselves. Then we can work with the cranial bones and outerbody layers to expand frequencies and make our bioplasm more permeable. Meridians are currents which distribute information and life force. The chakras are like engines that power up the system while kundalini provides the fuel. In future episodes we will delve deeper into all of these components, while also adding new ones, and progress through various exercises to synthesis, align and grow the capacity of our evolving bodies.

One last note before we begin: describing anything using our linear language of words, especially something that’s operating at very expanded frequencies, is going to fall short. I would even go so far as to say that the words are already an indication that the description is untrue. So when I talk about about topics like light body activation, chakras or soul stars, I can only approach an approximation of their essence.

Therefore, I encourage you to always listen to this podcast with a relaxed discernment. These words are aren’t meant to represent some kind of truth. They are merely here to act as a bridge into expanded dimensions, a framework to support you as you traverse different frequency bands of activity. This temporary framework can bring you into direct contact with your developing body and allow it to directly inform you. Rather than gleaning information from words, books, articles or classes, you can gain access to your own inner library. This empowers you with the freedom to explore vast realms of information inside and outside of your own body.

Ok, on to an enlivening light body adventure. Make sure you have a quiet space to sit where you won’t be disturbed. Put on some comfortable clothes, turn off notifications on your phone, and settle in to enjoy your dear self. Here we go….

Each time you do a process like this, you’re activating your developing light body. Not only can you explore your own self, everything that you experience contributes to a library that benefits everyone. We’re bringing activity to a whole network of consciousness, a whole network of awareness that has information, energy and even entertainment.

As you move into other activites, see if you can bring your attention off and on back to sensations in your body. See if you notice different energy components in your system as you go about ‘regular’ activities. You can synthesize an experience of these parts of you into your daily life, enriching anything you do and increasing the capacity to connect to those around you in a meaningful and fulfilling way. Keep in mind that it’s a good idea to keep your system more compressed, less expanded, if you’re around large crowds or areas where there’s alot of motion or friction, like a shopping mall or airport.
