The vibration of the heart is the home base of our human vibration. It is where we come from and where we crave to go when feeling lost or alone. And during holidays or time of special celebrations, we are usually hoping to share heart centered feelings with those we love. However, you may have mixed feelings moving towards the holidays. There are often multiple events where family will be gathered along with the possibility of not having family to share the time with. Even though the point of it all is to celebrate, share and amplify love, these yearly celebrations don’t always unfold in the way we might hope.

You have a unique opportunity to use your body to help create an experience of fulfillment and peace not only for yourself, but for everyone around you. One of the keys lies in your chakras, particularly the heart chakra and its relationship with the lower 3 centers. The blood and soul frequencies are also core to empowering your family matrix. Let’s explore how you can work with your developing light body to empower the frequency of the heart to express itself clearly through the aperture of your manifested life.

Various holidays are approaching with all their accompanying complexities. Many people either feel some stress at the thought of spending time with family or at the absence of family due to distance, death or other circumstances. Sometimes someone even wants to be with family but avoids it in order to maintain their mental health. So even if we look forward to the holidays, they can be a complex bag of love, joy, sadness, disappointment and confusion.

Being plunged into the matrix of energy in which we grew up (or even just remembering it) can reactivate patterns that may not feel like who we are or who we want to be. The good news is, there are some unique and effective ways you can use your own body to create a more positive experience. I sat down with Saul, my wonderful husband and developer of this work, to get some of his insight on all of this.

Question for Saul: “Do you have any tips on how we can adjust our energy system to create a more positive experience during the holidays, especially with family?” + (his response)

Now let’s enter into a guided journey to release compression, expand our frequencies and work with aspects of our developing energy system in order to bring ease, laughter and light into our holiday experiences. We begin with some freeform proprioceptive movement and then focus in the chakras. You can also take the opportunity to not only promote alignment with your own soul frequency, but also invite contact with the soul vibration of a whole family or gathering of people.

It would be great if you could do a few minutes of vigorous movement before settling in for the guided journey. You could do some jumping jacks, dance around a little, try some sit-ups and push-ups, walk briskly around the block/house/yard…. anything to get your blood moving. Then sit on the floor or in a chair, wherever you’re comfortable. Turn off your phone, and settle in to enjoy your dear self. Here we go….

Conclusion

Take your time as you exit this process. It’s best not to rush into regular activities. Your body, mind and spirit will be making small and large adjustments to prepare as they reorient in a more healthy, functional way with yourself and your family.

I recommend doing this process, either in its entirety, or just using parts of it that you remember, ahead of any coming family event. This will help release restriction and misalignment in the family matrix. Each person involved, even if they are not physically present, then feels more ease and freedom. Situations that might normally feel challenging may unfold differently than usual. And you can even put some focus on this level of interaction during a social event, if it comes to you to do so. You may think of it for only a few seconds, yet be able to create some shift in your experience that’s quite positive.
