Your body is a physicalized convergence of forces; a walking, talking construction of life; a precipitation of light into form. It holds, interprets and broadcasts a vast array of in-formation 24/7. It’s your vehicle to launch ongoing unique expressions into this plane. Let’s explore how to consciously calibrate your dear body so that you can use it as an agent of harmonization, not only for yourself, but for the greater earth community and beyond.
In this podcast we explore a system of unique meditative exercises that have been developed by Saul Goodman over the last 35 years. Each episode includes discussion about the science of your changing self, as well as a guided journey to expand and adjust your developing light body. As always, I encourage you to enter into this material with an open yet discerning mind. These words are merely here to guide you into a direct experience with yourself, and your inner realm should be the primary source of your information and guidance.

Ok, on to today’s session…..
All day long, emotions, thoughts and reactive behaviors stream from our bodies into the current of life force permeating our world. Most of us don’t have much awareness about the impact of this activity even though it has a potent effect on what materializes around us. It’s possible to bring some of our attention into our bodies, especially the rapidly developing energy field that’s an integral part of our physiology, so that we can better understand how our inner terrain shapes our experience. This empowers us to become conscious participants in the dynamic of creation.
Your body is a broadcasting mechanism. It acts as a fulcrum, playing a central role in the process of molding vibration into physical reality. We can use our consciousness to explore, experience and purposefully adjust our evolving selves in order to promote a harmonic synthesis of life expression. In other words, your body can become a tool for peace.
If you’re listening to this right now, there’s a good chance that you’ve spent some time on your emotional and psychological development and that you like taking some responsibility for your response-ability. You also probably focus somewhat on your physical health through exercise and diet. We could compare these things to software programs or apps on a computer: programs that we add in order to do various things with our body and expand its capabilities. When you add some conscious management of your energy system into the picture, it’s like upgrading the actual hardware of your body. A whole new level of capacity is now available with which everything thing you choose to be involved in is enhanced; every ‘app’ that you continue to use now operates at a higher level because the root biology of the system has advanced.
Right now many of us lovely humans are generating and amplifying fear, division and polarizing energies without quite knowing how to shift towards something different. Let’s delve into our body and focus on aspects of our energy system that can produce harmony from seemingly polarized beliefs and actions. Our attention becomes a catalyst to stimulate new reactions so that the same materials (us) can produce very different outcomes.
We’ll enter into this process with movement and proprioceptive exercise to expand our body frequencies and release some physical compression. This increases our sensitivity so that we can feel our energy system. We’ll focus in on the outerbody, the chakras, especially the heart, and the soul star. Then we’ll initiate contact with earth and our solar system in order to promote harmonic resonance with these wider expressions of life.
Why not take some time to delve into how energy moves and operates right within your own body? Your developing energy matrix is the substrate out of which your life unfolds, so it’s worth your while to invest some attention into it. Rather than sit idly by and allow forces to unconsciously shape our world, we can each design our inner terrain so that we project conscious forms of beauty onto this plane. It could be where our greatest power lies.
Ok, let’s enter into our vibrational journey. Make yourself comfortable, sitting on the floor if possible, and settle in to enjoy your dear self. Here we go….

Conclusion
Take some time to readjust after this journey. It’s not a good idea to rush right into regular activities. Your body and mind could be making adjustments that may continue to reverberate throughout your system for the next days, weeks and months.
Try not to grasp after an intellectual understanding of whatever you may have experienced. The best way to support your process is to feel into your body off and on throughout the next day, bringing your attention to sensations that you notice. Impressions and interpretations will filter into your awareness naturally over time.
