Building the Light Body: synthesis of the cranial system, outerbody, kundalini & soul star
Human evolution isn’t finished. It’s an ongoing process that can be entered into consciously. Your interest in this podcast alone means your energy system is in a state of accelerated change. Today, we’ll be working with proprioceptive exercise, the cranial bones, outerbody layers, chakras, kundalini and the soul star. As components of your energy system activate, they begin to synthesize and accelerate further to eventually operate as a coordinated vehicle, your light body. Let’s delve into this process consciously and find out more about how it feels and what it produces in our life.
Expand Your Horizons - The Physiology of Perception
The word horizon is defined as “the limit of a person's mental perception, experience, or interest.” This also applies to the limits of our emotional and spiritual dimensions. Of course, you can expand your horizons through exposure to other people, places and situations, but you can also do it by activating a part of your nervous system that affects perception. Since this internal method requires only your own self and some focus, it’s a great option to have during these times of restricted travel and social opportunities. You can journey into self, soul, earth and cosmic dimensions with no tool other than your attention. Let’s dive into the physiology of perception and find out first hand what it’s like to expand our horizons through a literal expansion of space and time.
Regulating Your Power: Working with the Kundalini
Entering into conscious contact with your kundalini energy is an important part of learning how to operate your developing light body. When we begin to bring our conscious attention to this component of our energy system, there’s a better chance that we can enjoy the process of our evolution, and learn how to generate power without risking a meltdown. Rather than talk about conceptual ideas of what kundalini is, we’ll journey into a direct learning experience with it. Our focus in this episode is to bring two of the main channels, or nadis, of the kundalini into a more steady, rhythmic flow so that we can have a more vibrant, creative life.
