Your body is a treasure. It is your very own fragment of earth, a materialized representation of your soul. With it you move, talk, eat, touch…. listen, wonder, think, look…. cavort, love and create. You can even use your body to create a new body. What you may not realize is that your body is evolving. The various energies streaming through and beyond your physical layers are rapidly expanding into a coordinated system: your developing light body.

This changing you can do new things. This includes hanging out with others in new ways to create things we’ve never experienced before. Which leads me to the question: Would you like to come to a ‘Heart Party’? When is it? Whenever you are here. Where is it? Wherever you are. What should you wear? Expanding your outerbody layers and getting your chakras moving should make you more than presentable. Who will be there? Other people around the world who are activating their light body and finding out the truth about who and what they are.

This isn’t a regular kind of party where we meet at a physical location. Instead, we’ll gather at a vibrational meeting place…. a matrix of heart energy that we co-create and expand over time. This type of party builds energy, health and fulfilling relationships. It may be the kind of celebration you’ve been wanting and even explain why you’re sometimes craving something different than the more typical social events. So please will you come to the party? It’s a wonderful way to celebrate your shining heart and share it with your light body family.


In this podcast we explore a system of unique meditative exercises that have been developed by Saul Goodman over the last 35 years. Each episode includes discussion about the science of your changing self, as well as a guided journey to expand and adjust your developing light body. As always, I encourage you to enter into this material with an open yet discerning mind. These words are merely here to guide you into a direct experience with yourself, and your inner realm should be the primary source of your information and guidance.


Your Body is Evolving

Doing the exercises presented in this podcast is a way to come into a new relationship with your body. Parts of you that have been active that you may have never consciously noticed come into your awareness - you begin to feel, identify and learn how to use these components of your developing energy system. At first some of the ideas may seem vague and you may not be able to connect to some of the suggestions that are given during the meditations, but gradually things come into focus and you can recognize and work with your outerbody layers, chakras, cranial bones, kundalini channels, and so on.

Think of how a baby goes through a process of connecting to their body. When a baby is a few days old they have no conscious connection yet to their body - they don’t even know they have one. Laying on their back at a few months old, they kick and squirm and begin to take hold of their feet. They may spend hours staring at their wiggling toes and try to grasp them, fascinated. They gradually discover that these curiously complex moving things are theirs, and they are connected to a whole body that is theirs! They can even move them at will and eventually use them to stand up and walk. And then run. What a miracle! We adults watch this process, knowing where it leads and enjoying the unfolding journey the child moves through as they grow into awareness of their physical self.

Light Body Activation is a Process of Discovery

For most of us, coming into conscious contact with our developing light body goes through a similar process. We are like little babies discovering parts of ourselves that have been here all along but we didn’t realize it. And once we do, a vast new realm of possibilities opens up. You can ‘use’ these vibrational aspects of your body to explore, learn and create. You might not yet be able to really imagine the new dimensions of experience that await you, because they are so different than what you have been involved in up to now. If you’re listening to this, you’ve been yearning for this expansion and your system is already in a state of accelerated development.

You are Invited to a Heart Party

Today we will do a guided process that will take us to a meeting place where we can celebrate our growing selves, kind of like a party. Instead of meeting at a physical location, we’ll arrive at a vibrational meeting point. Let’s call it a celebration matrix. In order to do this, you’ll be calibrating your body frequencies in a certain way to ‘tune in’ to the ‘location.’ If this doesn’t make sense, don’t worry. Using words to describe it can only provide an approximate understanding. Once you get into the process it’ll make more sense and you’ll be able to maneuver through these concepts in a practical way.

Why do we go to a party? To hang out with friends or family, meet interesting new people, maybe dance or play a game, eat great food. Often people drink or use other substances in order to expand physical perception so they can really loosen up and let go. Sometimes you may not want to go to this kind of party. Perhaps the food, drink, loud noises and people end up making you anxious or depleted, especially afterwards. This new kind of party builds energy, health and fulfilling relationships. It may be the kind of celebration you’ve been wanting and even explain why you are sometimes craving more from the more typical social events.

Anyone can ‘come’ to this meeting place at any time. It’s not locked into linear space and time and is available for you to enjoy whenever you like. This is a co-creation that will expand each time someone visits, offering us each a vibrant place to celebrate and nourish ourselves and magnify our experience of love on this plane.

Post Process Discussion

You may have experienced a strong expansion of sensations and consciousness during the process. If that’s the case, be gentle with yourself as you move back into your regular activities. You have just been on a journey into different dimensions of time and space. It’s also possible that you didn’t have this kind of experience, yet had a pleasant time and feel more relaxed and free. I could be you even felt frustration and worry about what you were are weren’t feeling. Sometimes as restrictions release, the emotions and thoughts that accompanied them also go streaming through the body, creating short periods of discomfort. Whatever your experience was, keep bringing some of your attention to sensations in your body in the hours and days to come in order to support the release of stress and increase of balance and strength in your system. Health isn’t something that is or isn’t, it’s a process of alignment, synthesis and activation that occurs in stages.
