I’m not going to discuss whether the covid vaccine is good or bad nor what I suggest anyone do regarding getting it or not getting it. Instead, let’s address the topic from a different perspective, a different frequency, in order to provide a non-polarizing way to strengthen our human community. Regardless what viruses are present in your midst and regardless what you think is the best way to handle them, this is an invitation to travel into your own self and explore how you can generate power, discernment, harmony and resilience no matter what is going on around you.


In this podcast we explore a system of unique meditative exercises that have been developed by Saul Goodman over the last 35 years. Each episode includes discussion about the science of your changing self, as well as a guided journey to expand and adjust your developing light body. As always, I encourage you to enter into this material with an open yet discerning mind. These words are merely here to guide you into a direct experience with yourself, and your inner realm should be the primary source of your information and guidance.

Working with the light body materials activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This is the part of your nervous system that promotes relaxation and regeneration. Whether you’re doing proprioceptive exercise, expanding the bioplasmic membranes, working with the chakras or meridians - these all lower stress, increase oxygen and nutrient flow, boost immune response and stimulate protein synthesis and cell repair. Basically, everything in your body works better after doing some light body activities.

This results in feelings of contentment, inspiration and creativity…. you can breathe better and have more energy to do what you want…. you’re more clear about what you want to do. Even though these may seem like very general responses, they indicate positive shifts in your body and energy field. This all has an impact on your body’s capability to discern undesirable elements in your environment as well as prevent their invasion past your protective membranes.

In other words, this work naturally enhances our immunity to viruses that want to use our cells for their own replication. And it can be a complement to any other practices you are using to bolster your health, as well as mitigate negative effects that may accompany some methods, including vaccinations. By the way, when I use the word virus, I’m referring to not only physical viruses such as those in the covid family, but also less materialized viruses. Certain emotions and thought patterns can be viral; they have the ability find vulnerable people without clear boundaries or purpose, willing hosts that can be hijacked and used as sources of multiplication and amplification.

To find out what effects light body work has on your body, mind and spirit, you have to try it yourself. Thinking about it and believing it will provide some stimulation to your energy system, but it won’t expand and strengthen it in a sustainable manner. Let’s go into our bodies to consciously work with and activate these developing parts of ourselves, our-cells. Using some proprioceptive exercise with variations to sensitize and expand our system, we’ll then focus on components that boost immunity. This includes the bioplasmic membrane, the etheric body, the spleen chakra, and the thymus gland. We’ll also delve further into the kundalini and explore its role as the DNA of the light body, exploring how to direct the flow both upward and downward through the body in order to strengthen your genetic integrity. Considering the fact that physical viruses use their host cell’s DNA or RNA to replicate, it’s a priority to learn more about how we can align and balance our kundalini energy so that it becomes an agent of love and life.

It’s very important after this journey to condense your frequencies and bring your bioplasmic body into a less permeable state. This will help keep you functional in your regular activities. You’re in a physical body for a reason; you wouldn’t have incarnated if you didn’t want to be functioning here on the third dimensional plane. The light body work is a tool to expand and enrich your daily life, even as you expand into new dimensions of conscious experience.

A note about working with the kundalini. This energy not only provides a blueprint for your life, it functions like a nuclear fuel rod for you developing light body. When you begin to consciously interface with this part of yourself, it unleashes a certain type of power. It’s important to know how to regulate this power in order to prevent harm to yourself as it surges through your body and mind. It’s also important to regulate the power that comes from your growing knowledge.

Knowledge is power. Awareness is power. Working with the light body activation materials expands your knowledge, your awareness, your power. And as your power grows, so does the responsibility to use it well. This information is being shared with you in good faith that you will use it for the expression of love and consciousness. These skills are in no way meant to be used to manipulate anyone or deplete anyone else’s power; they are for empowering life in all its myriad forms.

There’s natural protection against the misuse of these materials, since things like manipulation, greed and fear are very dense in nature; if someone begins to embody (literally) these intentions, their system will be hampered in garnering enough life force to leverage much impact. Also, as someone expands into the light body frequencies, the vibrations themselves elevate one’s basest tendencies, especially with practice. Your intention and continual reflection will prevent the misuse of power and support you in utilizing your life force in positive ways for yourself and the world around you.
