Introduction

Today we will journey into the world of our chakras. Chakras are vortexes of energy that provide an interface between the physical body and the more vibrational aspects of ourselves . You could think of each chakra as a library, holding vast amounts of information that you can enter into, explore and experience.

There are 7 main chakras. Each one is a dynamic complex that vitalizes a gland and area of the physical body. There is lots of information about chakras already out there in books and classes, so rather than talk about them much or define their individual characteristics, I’m going to present a way that you can directly connect with them. We will also define how to know when that’s actually happening and learn how to begin to regulate the flow of your chakras. Here are some images of the chakra and endocrine systems if you wish to use these to help broaden your understanding.

The chakras are dynamic portals of energy that interface with the physical body

each endocrine gland is associated with a chakra and is vitalized by its activity.

It can be really interesting to read about chakras, think about them, and form conceptual ideas about them, but it can be much more satisfying to actually interface directly with this very dynamic part of your energy system. You will learn things that no one else can tell you. In order to make this connection to the chakras, it is necessary to expand the frequencies of your body and sensitize yourself to more subtle, vibrational perceptions. You can then enter into these portals of information and make adjustments that enrich your physical, emotional and mental health.

As always, I welcome you not to believe anything I say, but instead approach these ideas with Beginner’s Mind: an openness to directly experience what unfolds while withholding preconceived notions and expectations as much as possible. This will give you the opportunity to take an expedition into your chakras and find out what they hold for you. So find a quiet and comfortable place to sit, either on the floor or in a chair and let’s begin.

The light body activation work provides tools for people to sensitize, expand and regulate their developing light body in order to enhance the quality of daily life. The processes detail safe, replicable mechanisms that expand frequency and perception. This opens the door to work consciously with vibrational components of ourselves.
