Boost Immunity & Healing: The Thymus Gland

TRANSCRIPT OF EPISODE

Today we will do a guided process that is specifically targeted to boost the immune system for greater physical and mental health. We will also go through an effective method to bring healing energy into some area of your life that is challenging right now. The key that we will be working to do these things is the thymus gland, a little gland nestled beneath your sternum. It increases our capacity for immunity and healing.

In most people, the thymus begins to atrophy after puberty. But there is a way to activate this gland using the power of your focus, no matter what your age. This can strengthen your immune system to recognize and deal with harmful bacteria, viruses and mutated cells. It also increases discernment and immunity at emotional and mental levels, to the viral spread of degenerative ideas. It certainly seems like a wonderful time to bring some attention to this gland considering what’s unfolding in our human world right now.

There are many ways to deal with the presence of the corona virus. Most of the planetary focus has been on protecting ourselves from exposure and mitigate the negative effects if it does enter the body. For the past century, this is the main way that people have been dealing with all kinds of dis-ease, both physical and mental. Although there are benefits to protecting ourselves and of course treating symptoms, this approach keeps us in a reactionary mode, always a step behind, needing to use energy to avoid and defend against intruders. We can also put attention on strengthening ourselves from the inside out so that our bodies can recognize and selectively filter out unwanted factors. Combined with common sense prevention, this method could save us lots of angst, time and money, while being enjoyable and healthy in all kinds of ways. And anyone can do it from wherever they are at no cost other than a little bit of time and focus. Taking care of ourselves in this way is great form of self-generated health insurance!

Most of us haven’t grown up learning that we can affect the energy flow of our body with our consciousness in order to physically change our condition. Maybe we kind of want to believe that but don’t know how to begin or maybe it just sounds like a new age fantasy. Whatever you might think about it, I welcome you to try out the following process and see if you notice an affect in your body. And by the way, you don’t have to subscribe to any kind of belief system in order to benefit from this work; in fact, I would encourage you NOT to believe anything I’m saying without finding out yourself what’s true for you. What I offer is a practical method to expand the perception of your inner bodyscape so that you can navigate into parts of yourself that you may never have experienced before, leading to greater health and harmony in your day-to-day life.

In Conclusion…

Using this process is a wonderful way to navigate more safely through any negative viral influences that may be streaming around you, whether they are physical, emotional or psychological. In regards to relationships, the energy emanating from the manubrium will help open channels of communication and empathy. It enables peace and ease within polarized experiences and views. It relaxes the force of destructive subconscious thought forms, and brings regenerative energy back into play.

You can use this process whenever you like; you don’t always have to go through the whole sequence for 30 minutes. Try it for a few minutes even in the midst of your daily life. In fact, just thinking about it a bit and generating a tingling sensation underneath your sternum will enhance your immune system’s activity and introduce more harmony into your environment. Just make sure to readjust to a more dense frequency before doing anything like driving or going shopping; this occurs naturally when you bring your attention back to sensations in your physical body, to your bones and skin and muscles.
